Body Language- your Winning Tool for Job Interview

During the question and answer segment, nod when there is a positively respond or answer given by the interviewer or when they have finished every sentence to let them know that you are a good listener. Crossing your arms is a no-no as it makes you appear hostile and nervous to the interviewer.

Optimindzation Review

Optimindzation Review Stephen Pierce system that is presumed to be the life saver for many in that were once in a difficult state of mind emotionally, spiritually, and mentally, this 12 volume audio program claims to enrich concentration, memory, and more with the use of binaral beats. Now let"s take a look at his Optimindzation systems, this will be by rated in the following areas from a 1 ň€“ 10, 10 being the best grade possible. Optimindzation Review User-friendliness - Is how well the program is user friendly as far as being able to take someone with absolutely no experience in this area of life and produce a very productive and measurable outcome. Well this program starts from the very very start, and I like this as far as usability for the simple fact that it often speaks to a person"s most inner being. Then you find out great things things about yourself that you never notice before. - Grade 9 Effectiveness - Meaning if a person does exactly what they are told to do while in this program will they accomplish whatever they originally set out to do? Absolutely but this program will take you the long round about way for some, but in all fairness I know he does this for the person that has absolutely no experience with their most inner being, but on the other hand if you do have some experience with your inner being and daily meditation you will find some of this program useless.. But I have to admit This is the ONLY program on the internet that can take someone that does not know how to pray and teaches them without them even realizing it. Effectiveness - Grade 9 Support - If you need help how much help can you expect? I really could not see how you could really need help with this program it explains every thing in great details, basic instructions just pop in the cd and listen. And they do have the support phone system but you can never speak with a live person you have to leave a message and they will get back to you within 24 hours.. Support - Grade 7 (they should make it possible for you to speak to a live person) Associated risk - well the only real risk you would have is if you do not take out the time to complete the program, this is where most people fail they never considered the time factor involved in working with these programs from home.and they offer many payment options. Risk - 9 Warranty - With this program there is a 30 day 100% full money back guarantee, and a double your money back guarantee after that. This is good for this type of program you will for sure know if you have the time for this or not.. Note: Most programs like this offer no guarantee.. Guarantee - Grade - 10 Price Optimindation with a price tag of $29.00 per month for 12 months or a one time fee of $197.00 along with the guarantee stated above this is still a great deal no matter how you pay for it. Price - Grade 10 Other - This program although it states it"s a 12 cd course that comes in the mail you actually plenty of extras never mentioned in any of the sale"s pages like the instant downloads, law of attraction materials, and more . Other Grade - 10 Overall Grade 9.1 (Support Grade hurt it) This is a great buy if you never had an online business before.

Life Skills 101: Job Interview Success

Plan ahead for the interview ň€“ to arrive a few minutes early with a couple of black or blue ink pens and to be prepared for basic questions you might be asked. Although there are hundreds of possible questions an interviewer may throw out to you, what they are most likely trying to find out is how dependable you are, if youň€™re a hard worker, if you are easy to get along with, and what kind of skills, if any, you can bring to the job. Keep those things in mind as you frame your answers to the questions you are asked. Think ahead how you would answer the questions ň€śTell me about yourselfň€ť or ň€śWhat are your greatest strengths?ň€ť

Once you are fortunate enough to get an interview, remember only a true emergency should keep you from showing up at the scheduled appointment on time. Excuses like, ň€śI couldnň€™t make it because the friend who was going to give me a ride was waiting for her brother to get back from.... etc.ň€ť will help a potential employer decide you are not the candidate for the job. Sometimes you may be asked to call or return several times before you are told whether or not you have the job. Donň€™t give up, and be sure you follow up, since this may be a test to see how dependable you are and how well you follow instructions.

During your interview remember attitude is everything. Itň€™s why an employer may hire you instead of someone who is just as smart or just as qualified. The proper attitude shows that you are positive and eager to please. Itň€™s caring enough not only to be on time, but to arrive several minutes early. Itň€™s wanting the job bad enough to make a good impression. Your clothes should be clean, pressed and appropriate. Men, now is the time to tuck in your shirt and put on a tie. Women, dress conservatively. Forget about wearing tank tops or shorts. Every part of you needs to be clean and look well-groomed and well put together. You are projecting how you feel about yourself by the way you dress and present yourself.

ň€˘ Watch your posture. It might be a bit hard to appear relaxed yet energetic and eager at the same time, but you can do it. Greet your interviewer properly ň€“ which means with a smile, a greeting (such as ň€śthank you for seeing meň€ť), a correct handshake, and direct eye contact. Make sure you introduce yourself by using both your first and last names.

ň€˘ Maintain good direct eye contact during your interview. This indicates you are focused and interested. Do not stare; just appear to be listening and friendly.

ň€˘ Sit when you are instructed to do so. Donň€™t slump, fidget, play with your hands, cross your legs, or tap your feet. Just sit up straight in the chair with both feet flat on the floor.

ň€˘ Be mindful not to interrupt.

ň€˘ Answer all questions completely and honestly. Donň€™t say you have experience when you do not. Donň€™t say you know how to do something if you know you donň€™t. Never lie. Answer all questions in complete sentences, which will help to keep you from appearing indifferent.

ň€˘ Try to emphasize your dependability and your willingness to work hard.

ň€˘ Show interest! Ask questions, such as ň€śWhat would my duties be during a typical workday?ň€ť or ň€śWhat is most important to do well in this job?ň€ť

ň€˘ Discuss your strengths, skills and accomplishments, not how much money you want. Let the interviewer bring up salary, even if itň€™s approached in a subsequent interview.

When the interview is over, make sure you smile, shake hands again and say thank you. Immediately after the interview write and mail a short well-written letter, thanking the interviewer for the time given you, and restating your interest in the position. This is an additional opportunity to impress the interviewer and to project the positive attitude employers are looking for.
