If you reside in California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Massachusetts or Washington you will be asked if you have ever been convicted of a felony as an adult. Depending on what state you reside in, your term of employment will differ based on the requirements of the state for felony convictions.
