*Then the preparedness comes to help a candidate on time to be or not to be the person that is right for the job ie, if he knows what is going to be his role and what he or she is going to deliver about it.*Given that he or she moves a bit into the right direction , starts finding and describing the roles they may be providing or the way they want it to be like the iterviewer"s desired way , so the candidate start proving himself or herself at this time of the process.
*This confidence may be carried right throughout the levels of interview the judgement to the satisfactory level and the whole personality and appearance may start to be appreciated at the time with some positive signs shown to the candidate.
*The interviewer may feel the presence of the candidate as the person right for the later recruited job so their may be right attitude of the candidate at this time not to be provoked or self destructive by any small or big mistake that he or she thinks to be a defacation later on by their own complaicency.
*And finally the candidate, he or she may come to know the success of the interview on his or her own with attitude shown throughout knowing that others may well be at some corner of being the attainers.
