But if you take a look at another industry website, for example at Salary.com you will know that the mid 50 percent of all medical assistants in the country earn between $26,129 and $30,980. Now where does the difference lie? Why is there a significant difference in the average salaries of medical assistants? Now you need to know that there are a number of reasons why there are differences in salaries posted by these websites. There are underlying factors as well, or intervening factors and you need to know these things too if your intent is to get the best salary for your position. Remember as well that these intervening factors are not just applicable to the medical assistant jobs; these intervening factors will surely work with the other health-related jobs.
